Includes:

  • Live virtual delivery (or recorded for flexible access)
  • Foundational skills in communication, conflict management, and perspective-taking
  • Recording access for broader distribution across teams

A scalable program that equips your internal team to deliver civility training independently. Designed for HR, people leaders, and facilitators, this offering builds internal capability and ensures consistent delivery across the organization.
